Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy:
All payments made for services are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy:
Customers can request cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Rescheduling:
One-time rescheduling is allowed if informed in advance.
Exceptions:
In rare and genuine cases, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion.
Processing Time:
If any refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
